Today was a great day for the Fit Dads, knocking over the 50 km Upstream Challenge Walk City to Donvale!

The Upstream Challenge is a fabulous annual fund-raising walk/run in Eastern Melbourne.

Participants can register as an individual or team for either the 50km or the 20km option. Registration is $50, and participants commit to raising a minimum of $200. Funds raised are used to provide shelter and vocational education to exploited women and at-risk girls, restoring their dignity and freedom.

Superboost gave us the lift we needed mid walk.

It’s always great to meet some dedicated walkers along the journey, and thanks to Jetha from Let’s Talk – Mental Health and Well-being, as the charity we fundraised for today.
