Growing up and playing football in the Yarra Valley, Sam is a current VFL footballer and qualified sports scientist with a passion for helping athletes perform.

With experience playing and working across elite, semi-professional, and community sport, he brings a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to succeed at every level.

Alongside his football career, Sam has worked in school settings, supporting student-athletes through strength and conditioning programs, mentoring, and health education.
